At DrifWoo, we want you to feel at ease with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the details below before starting your return or exchange request.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
✦ Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
✦ Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
✦ Final Sale items, clearance, and permanently marked-down merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.
✦ Items returned with stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear will not be accepted.
Refunds & Store Credit
✦ Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
✦ Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
✦ Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
✦ If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@drifwoo.com within 7 days of delivery.
✦ Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
✦ We will review and provide resolution options.
Additional Notes
✦ Customers are responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit when using their own shipping methods.
✦ We recommend keeping a copy of your return tracking number for your records.

Here’s How It Works
1. Request a Return or Exchange: Submit your request through our online return portal.
2. Approval & Label: Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label.
3. Shipping Fee:
✧ Domestic returns & exchanges: $7 flat fee (deducted from your refund or charged before exchange shipping).
✧ International returns & exchanges: Customer pays both-way shipping and is responsible for all customs duties/taxes.
4. Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your package to process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
